Our Tasks:
(Main) Lead Qualification & Discovery: Engage with potential patients to understand their specific aesthetic goals, budget, and timeline through comprehensive discovery calls.
(Main) CRM Management & Follow-up: Meticulously track patient journeys within the CRM to ensure no lead is dropped and every "match" is nurtured from initial inquiry to booked procedure.
Surgeon Vetting & Matching: Curate a shortlist of board-certified plastic surgeons tailored to the patient’s needs, ensuring they meet the Aesthetic Match standard of excellence.
Concierge Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm consultation appointments between the patient and the surgical practice, managing all calendar logistics.
Patient Education & Advocacy: Provide clear information regarding procedures and what to expect, acting as a supportive liaison throughout the decision-making process.
Practice Coordination: Collaborate directly with surgical offices to provide them with qualified, high-intent patient profiles, streamlining their intake process.
