If customer ordered 2 Same products (where the other 1 was billed as a special offer), and the customer called to cancel the core only. What we need to cancel is the upsell, this way, the customer is billed for the original price for a single order and not for the special offer price.
If the orders are of the same product but different variants (Size / Color).
Within 12 hours
Click "Refund" on Shopify and select the excess item(s) to be refunded & removed from the order.
