Applies only to your first-ever order from lubracil.com. Repeat orders and subscription renewals are excluded
Product usage restriction
Only one bottle may be opened. All remaining bottles must be sealed and returned. Refunds are not granted if more than one unit is opened.
Consistent usage
You must take the product daily as directed for a minimum of 60 consecutive days Lubracil reserves the right to request documentation or confirmation of compliance
Lifestyle compliance (for gut, hormone, or metabolic products)
You must confirm you:
Consumed at least 9 servings
Avoided alcohol, processed foods, and interfering medications
Followed all storage and usage instructions
Timely request
Your refund request must be submitted within 120 days of delivery. Requests received after this window will be denied
Non-subjective criteria
Refunds are not granted for complaints related to taste, texture, or temporary effects
Refunds will not be granted for improper, inconsistent, or incomplete usage
One-time eligibility
Refunds are limited to one product per customer Customers who receive a refund under this guarantee may not repurchase the same product again under risk-free terms
Cancellation: Must be submitted to support@lubracil.com at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Refunds: Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed or shipped, regardless of usage.
Subscription orders do not qualify for our 120-day money-back guarantee unless they are the first-ever purchase.
Eligibility Checklist:
1. Product is completely sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
2. Request is made within 60 days of delivery.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (no prepaid labels).
4. Product must pass inspection upon arrival.
Refunds/returns are explicitly denied under the following conditions:
- Any opened, used, or partially used product.
- Dissatisfaction based on taste, texture, or scent.
- Known allergies or sensitivities.
- Accidental orders, duplicate purchases, buyer's remorse, or financial hardship.
- Products received more than 60 days ago.
- Packages lost or damaged by a third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
- Missed subscription cancellations or failure to read expedited shipping terms.
