Allergic reactions: Dogs can be allergic to certain foods, medications, insect bites, or environmental allergens, leading to symptoms like itching, hives, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
Gastrointestinal issues: Some dogs may experience upset stomach, vomiting, or diarrhea in response to certain foods, treats, or medications.
Side effects of medications: Dogs can experience side effects when taking certain medications, which might include lethargy, loss of appetite, changes in behavior, or other adverse reactions.
Adverse vaccine reactions: Some dogs may have an adverse reaction to a vaccination, such as swelling at the injection site or more severe reactions.
Toxicity: If a dog ingests a toxic substance, it can result in adverse effects on their health.
Always show concern for the animal and ask how the dog is doing right now.
