Outside 3 hours: We can cancel the order but we'll charge a 10% cancellation fee for cancellation requests outside 3 hours. As orders are processed to be fulfilled once placed.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of receiving the product for the filters (Unused ONLY).
We have a 60 day money back guarantee from the date of receiving the product for Unchemed 2.0 (used/unused).
We have a 90 day money back guarantee from the date of receiving the product for Unchemed 5.0. (used/unused).
Outside 60/90 days but not exceeding 120 days, we can authorize return if the customer is making threats and/or is extremely irate.
Bundles & Multi-Packs
Two-Bathroom Kit / Whole Home Kit: You can return individual units from a bundle. If you love the one in your master bath but don't need the guest bathroom unit, return just that one.
The refund will be calculated proportionally based on the per-unit price in the bundle. For example, if you bought the Two-Bathroom Kit ($153 for 2 units) and return one, you'll receive $76.50 back.
The return window follows the product type: 60 days for each 2.0 Handheld in the bundle, 90 days for each 5.0 Stationary.
