Our Goal: To find out why they didn't book. Qualify and book the call.
To do:
Once a lead come in - we need to call within 3 minutes
Ask why they didn’t book (ran out of time / confused / thinking / timing).
Light qualify (keep it tight).
If they’re a fit and willing: book them live using PEG Link
Use the lead’s local time shown in the item card when offering slots.
If their preferred time isn’t available, offer the nearest options and lock it in.
Use truthful urgency: calendars move quickly and consult planning often runs weeks/months out, so book now while they’re on the phone.
✅ Outcome: Discovery call booked (or tagged for nurture/follow-up if not ready).

"Totally fair. Quick question — is [PROCEDURE] something you're seriously considering, or more just exploring right now?"
If exploring:
"Got it. Well if you ever want to take the next step, we're here. I can send you some info to review in the meantime. Sound good?" [Add to nurture, tag "Just Browsing"]
If serious:
"Okay, so let me tell you what the discovery call actually is — it's 30 minutes with our concierge team to understand what you're looking for. Then we go find surgeons who fit your goals and budget. There's no cost, no pressure. Worth a shot?"
"I wasn't sure how it works"
"Happy to explain. We're a free concierge service — basically a matchmaker for plastic surgery. You tell us what you want, we find 2-3 vetted surgeons who specialize in that and fit your budget. We handle the scheduling, answer your questions, and stay with you through the whole process. No cost to you. The discovery call is just step one — want me to get you on the calendar?"
"I need to think about it"
"Of course. Can I ask what you're weighing? Sometimes I can answer those questions right now."
[Listen and address concerns]
If still hesitant:
"Tell you what — the discovery call is just a conversation, no commitment. If after 30 minutes you decide it's not for you, no hard feelings. Want to give it a try?"
"The timing isn't right"
"When do you think timing would be better?"
If specific timeframe:
"Got it. I'll make a note to follow up around [TIME]. In the meantime, I'll send you some info. Sound good?" [Schedule follow-up task, add to nurture]
If vague ("someday"):
"No problem. I'll send you some resources, and you can reach out when you're ready." [Add to nurture, tag "Bad Timing"]
