General Learning Refund Request for Returned Item

General Process:

Valid Return
- Ask for Tracking Number
- Track the Package
  - Delivered
    - Confirm delivery status. Explain that return will be inspected and processed by the warehouse.
    - Provide expectation, it may take 3-5 business days, up to two weeks.
    - Submit CIF
    - Note: MFL & Nymbus, issue refund. For TRM, inform to send the tracking number to email support.
  - In Transit
    - Confirm delivery status. Explain that return will be inspected and processed by the warehouse once received.
    - Provide expectation, it may take 3-5 business days, up to two weeks.
Invalid Return
- Explain the return policy, deny the refund.
  - Note: If MFL campaign, issue refund less $5.95 restocking fee per bottle.
- If insisting to get a refund, submit CIF for approval.
