Here are the instructions customer calls and asked to update an order (size, color, shade).
In the notes section, click the edit button.
Put the template:
"Please send (*Product variant that needs to be shipped*)"
Do not delete the customer IP
Example:
"Please send Comfort Rose Bra Nude / D / 40"
If multiple orders need to be modified, make sure to specify in the notes.
Spiel:
"I understand that you'd like to place a new order, but it seems that your account has been temporarily blocked for certain reasons. This may be due to our internal security measures or order history reviews. I’d like to help clarify the situation for you and work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible."
Actions:
For customers who are unable to place orders online due to being blacklisted, please verify their name and email address so they can be added to the whitelist.
