We pack and ship your order within 24 hours so it’s on its way fast. Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days, but due to high demand and current USA shipping conditions, some deliveries may take 10–15 days.

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. Advise to send us an email at support@gethydrojet.com and attach a short video showing what's wrong and the packaging (if still available).
Once claim is verified, we will issue a replacement and send tracking information once it is available.
Delivered claiming PNR
Ask if they checked their:
Mailbox / parcel locker
Porch / lobby / reception
Household members
Nearby neighbors
Advise waiting 24–48 hours after delivery scan, as packages sometimes appear later.
Advise the customer to contact local post office to check the package
Check the tracking if we have a USPS tracking that we can provide - if none, please submit CIF to ask for local tracking.
USPS will not be able to track international tracking so it is important to ask for local tracking first.
If still claiming PNR:
Offer reshipment.
Incomplete / Incorrect Order Received Claim
Ask the customer to send the following to our email support and they will be the one to process the claim:
Short video showing the item received
Packaging (if available)
Clear view of the issue
