What's the shipping & tracking process?
Once your order is processed & shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email. This can take up to 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Cut-off time for modifications requests for orders that are placed today is set at 12nn China Standard Time / Philippines Time the next day. In our work time zone, it is 11PM CST.
Order modifications are as follows:

Example:
Orders picked up on the 16th (today) will be processed with a cut-off at 12 noon on the 17th (tomorrow) China Standard Time (CST) / Philippine Time (PHT).
We will follow this as a general policy. However, for modification requests outside this time frame, we will still submit a request to the fulfillment team, inform the customer that we will do our best to accommodate, but do not make any assurances.

Shipping Time:
Hats are custom pre-ordered hats. Current lead time (production time) is 25 days (which may exceed the expected drop date). Our job is to make customers happy and satisfied with customer service to prevent chargeback.
Explain:
