Once a lead come in - we need to call within 3 minutes to confirm attendance (use the scheduled date/time shown in the Discovery/Calls section).
If they can’t make it: reschedule in Calendly (right then by using PEG Link)
Get a clear verbal commitment they’ll show up.
Quick optional question if they’re chatty (1 line): “What has you considering [procedure] now?”
✅ Outcome: Attendance confirmed (or rescheduled).
