Shopify
• Order details, pricing, payment method, discounts applied
• Shipping address, billing address, fulfillment status, tracking
• Customer profile and order history
• Tags: "Active Subscription," "Loop Subscription," "Presale Page"
• Chargeback status
• Shows VIP orders too, but VIP cancellations/refunds happen in Checkout Champ
Loop Subscriptions
• Subscription status (active/cancelled/paused)
• Plan details: product, quantity, frequency, discount
• Next billing date
• Activity logs: every action (created, billed, reminder sent, cancelled, skipped)
• Cancellation reason and who cancelled it
• This is the most important evidence source for chargebacks
Checkout Champ
• VIP profiles, rebill schedule, payment history
• Decline reasons and retry/salvage queue
• Where VIP cancellations and refunds are processed (not Shopify)
• Upsell and downsell transaction details (what the customer accepted or declined in the post-purchase
funnel)
• Refund processing for all VIP orders, upsells, and downsells
• Email automation logs (order confirmation, pre-billing, tracking, cancellation - all from noreply@olenis.com)
• Currently requires manual UI access (API integration pending)
Klaviyo - For email/SMS questions
• What emails/SMS the customer received and when
• Open and click data
• Unsubscribe status
• Key flows: Welcome series (WELCOME15), Abandoned checkout, Peptide Guide (10 emails), VIP abandoned

Richpanel
• All customer conversations (email, chat, social)
• Full message history
• Linked to Shopify customer data
