Phone orders should be processed on the Shopify CRM - NOT Konnektive.
Do not use the vest+battery bundles. the only "bundles" agents can use are the 3x bundles which are all the same products (3x pants, 3x gloves, etc.) If a customer wants a vest + a battery, the rep needs to add a vest and a battery using the normal products.
If a customer wants to order and sign up with the VIP, please advise them to use our website, but if they insist, you can process the order through our website, just make sure to disclose the VIP terms.
