The delivery time to USA, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom is currently 3 to 9 business days. You can find the details in our delivery information.
As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can easily track your order on our website by clicking "Track Your Order" on our official site, lubracil.com

Shipping stores are closed on all federal USA holidays, packages will not ship.

Damaged Product:
If a customer receives an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, they must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered, but replacements or store credit may be granted when appropriate.

Advise to send email to support team showing the damage
Explain that once claim is verified, we will issue a reshipment.
Request was made outside 7 days from the delivery.

Our policy requires that issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items be reported within 7 days of delivery. As your request was submitted after this window, we’re unable to offer a replacement or store credit.
Note: Strictly no refunds for damaged product claims, we can only offer replacement or store credit.
Carrier Related Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders)
Once an order leaves Lubracil’s facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.). This SOP outlines how to handle customer complaints about lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Lubracil™ does not issue refunds or replacements in these cases.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Order Claims
Confirm that the tracking shows the item left the facility.
Direct the customer to contact the carrier directly.
"Once your order leaves our facility, it is handled by the shipping carrier. According to our policy, Lubracil is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. We recommend contacting your carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number to file a claim or open an investigation."
If the Package Was Delivered to the Wrong Address Due to Customer Error
Check the shipping address on the order confirmation.
If it matches what the customer entered, deny replacement/refund.
