Outbound Sales Guide

There are 2 main tasks :

Failed S&S Payment Recovery Task
- The goal of this task is to identify and resolve failed subscription billing attempts to ensure service continuity for the customer and prevent involuntary churn. This involves distinguishing between temporary authorizations and actual sales, and providing appropriate assistance based on the specific decline reason.
Abandoned Cart Recovery Process
- The primary goal is to recapture lost sales and increase conversion rates by re-engaging customers who abandoned their shopping carts.

Process Overview

Failed S&S Payment Recovery Task
- Leads are exported from Loop Subscriptions and added into the tracker "FAILED PAYMENTS RECOVERY (S&S)" sheet.
- Reach out efforts will be initiated (via email and outbound call)
- Outreach details and outcome will be documented in the tracker
Abandoned Cart Recovery Process (Shopify - S&S Funnel)
- Leads are exported from Shopify "Abandoned Carts" and added into the tracker "ABANDONED CARTS RECOVERY (Shopify)" sheet
- Reach out efforts will be initiated (via email and outbound call)
- Outreach details and outcome will be documented in the tracker
Abandoned Cart Recovery Process (Checkoutchamp - Revboost Funnel)
- Leads are exported from Checkoutchamp and added into the tracker "ABANDONED CARTS RECOVERY (CoC)" sheet
- Reach out efforts will be initiated (via email and outbound call)
- Outreach details and outcome will be documented in the tracker
