Action:
Ask what customer want to order.
Place the order in CRM, make sure use the correct CRM.
For Nymbus and ShowerEnvy - Use a PEG Campaign.
Discount the total price if customer is trying to use a coupon code.
Note: If customer is trying to use a code i.e. GLOW15. Check the numeral portion of the code and use it as a percentage. For example: GLOW15 = 15% Discount.
