Customer: I want to place an order / I have been trying to place an order / I'm trying to use a coupon code.

Action:

• Ask what customer want to order.

• Place the order in CRM, make sure use the correct CRM.

  • For Nymbus and ShowerEnvy - Use a PEG Campaign.

  • Discount the total price if customer is trying to use a coupon code.

Note: If customer is trying to use a code i.e. GLOW15. Check the numeral portion of the code and use it as a percentage. For example: GLOW15 = 15% Discount.

If customer is looking for a discount code:

• PEG10 - 10% discount

• PEG15 - 15% discount

• PEG20 - 20% discount

ShowerEnvy

• PEG10 - 10% discount

• PEG15 - 15% discount

Important: Double check if there are no existing order before placing the order for the customer.
