How it was ordered?

With every purchase, customers are automatically enrolled into the VIP subscription. During checkout, the terms and conditions are presented on the checkout page.

How does it work?

1. The customer purchases from the store and receives the order confirmation. They can access and open the VIP link, but they won’t be able to browse the products yet since a code is required. The code will be sent to their email.

2. Within 12 to 48 hours after purchase, they will receive the code from Access Development for Enjoy My Deals. Once they have the code, they can fully access the VIP link and browse the products until they cancel.

Membership Portal Logins Issues

If the customer contacted and they are having issues logging in:

• Verify enrollment status in CRM.

  • Check if it is Active and not Suspended / Cancelled

  • Ensure they are using the correct URL for their store.

  • Advise to reset password by using the forgot password link

Membership ID Request

• • Step 1: Locate the Customer ID

    • Navigate to the Customers tab.

    • Search for the customer using their email address

    • Copy the Customer ID associated with their profile.

  •  Step 2: Access Development Logs

    • Go to Admin > Logs.

    • Select the Access Development tab.

  • Step 3: Filter and Verify Status

    • • Open the Filters menu

      • Check the purchase date to properly set the date range, then enter the Customer ID and click Apply Filter.

      • Check the Customer Status column

        • Open: Subscription is active.

        • Suspend: Subscription is cancelled.

  • Step 4: Retrieve Membership ID

    • In the filtered results, locate the Payload column and click View Load.

    • In the popup window, locate the "memberCustomerIdentifier".

    • This number is the Membership ID the customer needs to access the portal.
