• Using username and password

Locating an Account

• On the left side, select Transactions to locate customer details using the search boxes available. Once you found the account, go to the "Customers" section and search for the account there.

• You can also go to the customers section directly but transactions is preferred since it has specific search boxes that we can use.

• You will see their basic order details and the History Section.

How to Cancel a Subscription

• On the Memberships section, you will see all active membership on the customer's account. Select the membership that you want to cancel. Click the "Options" button (3 stacked lines) and then click unsubscribe.
