What is a VIP Membership?
VIP membership allows the customer to get access to free products every month from a variety of brands by only paying Shipping and Handling and be enrolled to a subscription.
How it was ordered?
During checkout, there's a box that shows customer agreed to the VIP membership below where their information is filled.
How does it work?
Once the customer agreed to be a member, they will receive an Activation Email where they would have to activate their account by setting up a password. It also has the link to our VIP store.

ShowerEnvy moved VIP subscription billing from Konnektive to Paysight and has resumed billing. Some customers that have previously cancelled may have been billed again. Let's cancel and refund those - say that it was a system error that has been identified and fixed. If no contact prior to being billed, treat as a normal VIP call.
