Subscribe and Save Terms:

Customers have the option to save 25% and allow them be subscribed on an auto-refill based on the billing frequency they choose on the checkout page untill they request cancel.

Cancellation Pitch:

1. Explain Purchase and Build Value:

   • "I can see here that you've enrolled to subscribe and save for (Product Name). We have best-selling natural supplements on the market today."

2. Offer Billing Extension:

   • "I’m going to give you thirty days (30 days) to try the product we know it works when used consistently."

3. Cancel subscription:

   • "We are sorry to see you go, I have canceled your subscription and rest assured there will be no future billings from us."

Customer is asking if they can use the Wellness Rewards as discount to the Subscribe and save.

Wellness rewards usually can not be applied to Subscribe and Save orders as those would be compounding discounts, however, this will be allowed moving forward. In order to do this, the customer must send a request via email at Support@MeFirstliving.Com.
