How to send an Email

OPTION 1:

Under the Call Center Menu, you will find an "Email Customer" Option, click that.

OPTION 2:

In the Drip Campaign, next to the eyball they will have a Send offer icon they can click, that will terminate to the contact form that is prepopulated.

We can change the prepopulation of the Subject/Body etc.  It is all editable.  They can contact the individual this way (Recommended) as it sends through Sendgrid.

OPTION 3:
Go to: https://mail.dlhost.com use offers@biotechcompounds.com pw: profit22!! 

(This is a standard Web UI Email Client that they can send/reply/attach).

How to send an SMS

Under the Call Center Menu, you will find an "Email Customer" Option, click that.

On the bottom part, you will find the SMS section. Update the text boxes and click "send SMS.
