BEFORE EVERY CALL  —  Portal Checklist

1. Log into the portal: biotechcompounds.com/account

2. Open the Drip Campaign dashboard (CALL CENTER → Drip Campaign)

3. Identify your target: prospects on 'Urgency' or '20% Final' drip step are highest priority

4. Review Lead Details

   • Refer to cart items column to identify what customer was trying to order.

   • Refer to payment column to identify if there was an attempt to place an order.

     • Decline Reasons - If you see a red credit card icon with "declined". Click the icon - it will pop a modal telling you reason for decline and resolution path.

5. Open the Customer profile for name, phone, and order history (if any)

6. Use Ask Pepper to quickly look up any product questions before dialing
